Moon Minerals

I used my Seestar S50 Pro to film last night's hunters moon. If you save in raw format you can stack the frames. After stacking you can adjust the image to bring out the emissions of minerals on the moon's surface. The blue and cyan regions are rich in titanium and titanium oxides. The reds, browns, and orange are high in iron oxides (like pyroxene and olivine). The bright white and silver are are rich in calcium and aluminum. The dark purplish-deep blue areas are titanium rich basalts.

You can check out the story on my facebook page.
